FUEL OZ.Capital is an impact organization designed to conscientiously and collaboratively make Opportunity Zone capital investments in communities across the United States. Our current pipeline includes active or completed projects in Los Angeles, Kansas City and Atlanta.

Our mission is to advocate for Development Without Displacement and support specific projects that reflect this more inclusive economic model.Our innovative platform consists of two interconnected parts working together in a virtuous cycle, Innovation Hub and Opportunity Zone Fund.
